The Products are licensed and NOT being sold. ForoStyle.com grants to You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable Style License to use the Products under the terms of this agreement and You hereby agree and accept such License as follows:

1. You are permitted to install the Product in a maximum of one (1) URL/domain per license, plus one (1) further installation in a test environment which must be inaccessible to the public. Installing in an additional URL/domain requires You to purchase a separate Style License.
2. You are permitted to make backup copies of the Product for Your own use.
3. You are allowed to make any necessary modification(s) to the Product to fit your purposes. You must not, however, claim that the Product is Yours after the modifications You have done.
4. You must not place our Products, modified or unmodified, on any website, removable storage or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resell of any kind.
5. You must not rent, lease, license or sub-license the Product to other people or entity, modified or unmodified.
6. The "Style By: ForoStyle" link/text of the Product must not be changed, removed, commented out or rendered unrecognizable unless you have purchase a Branding Removal License for that Product.
7. Purchasing a Branding Removal License for a particular Product allows you to remove the "Style By: ForoStyle" link/text and nothing more. You must not brand our Products under your name and/or claim that it is Yours.

All of ForoStyle.com payment processing is handled through Gumroad and PayPal. You can pay for a Style License with a PayPal account balance or with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. No information regarding Your credit/debit card or bank account is in any way processed or stored by ForoStyle.com.

It is understood that the order placed by You is only a proposal and ForoStyle.com reserves the right to either approve or refuse Your order whichever we deem approriate.

Please use our Products' live demo and contact us with any questions You may have before You make a purchase to ensure it will meet Your needs. You may contact us with any payment questions or discrepancies. Performing a chargeback or dispute with PayPal or Your card issuer will result in immediate and permanent Style License termination.

Our Refund Policy covers these cases as follows:

• Product Have Been Downloaded
  Once You have completed the payment and downloaded the corresponding Product, ForoStyle.com WILL NOT offer any kind of refund to Your payment.
• No Product Download Occurs
  You have completed the payment but have not yet downloaded the corresponding Product. In this case, ForoStyle.com offers a full refund to You, if You want, without any questions.
• Branding Removal License
  If You have purchase a Branding Removal License and wants a refund, we will do so provided that You will put back the "Style By: ForoStyle" link/text in the footer of Your WoltLab-powered site that uses our Products.

After Your payment has been made and ForoStyle.com successfully received the transaction, You will immediately granted access to download the corresponding Product of Your purchased Style License. Additionally, You will get an email containing the links to download the Product(s).

The Products should function correctly, as what can be seen in its live demo, upon proper installation and configuration within the supported versions of WoltLab platform. The Products will not work or function as intended if it will be installed on an unsupported versions of WoltLab platform.

ForoStyle.com cannot and do not guarantee compatibility with any third-party WoltLab plugins, components or extensions. There maybe some WoltLab plugins that will conflict with code used in the Products, which will make our Products to not function properly. If for some reason the Product is not working properly, report the issue to ForoStyle.com via the support channel and we will do our best to resolve the problem in a timely manner.

Browser compatibility should be tested against the live demo of the Products on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the Products as ForoStyle.com cannot guarantee that the Products will work with all browser combinations.

You may not use ForoStyle.com Products for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms. You agree to use our Products solely for your own use and purposes and not for resale or other transfer or disposition to any other person or entity.

ForoStyle.com provides support for our Products to users who have purchase a Style License. View our full Support Policy to know the scope of support service you can expect from ForoStyle.com.

ForoStyle.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, providing our Products and its corresponsing Style Licenses with or without notice. You agree that ForoStyle.com shall not be liable to You or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

ForoStyle.com reserves the right to change our individual Product's Style License prices at any time as required with or without notice.

ForoStyle.com reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and replace any prior Terms and Conditions. It is Your responsibility to periodically check these Terms and Conditions for any changes that will be posted on this Website. You may accept the new Terms or if not, must request the termination of the Style License within 10 days of publication on the Site.

ForoStyle.com Products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Under no circumstances shall ForoStyle.com be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or the inability to use our Products, even if ForoStyle.com or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold ForoStyle.com harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgements, grants, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of any use of the Product by You in a manner that is not expressly authorized by this agreement.

Your Style License will terminate automatically with or without notice if You fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must immediately stop using the Products and delete or remove the Products, including any modified versions, from Your premises, computer systems, servers and electronic storage.

Your personal data is handled by ForoStyle.com as regulated by the Privacy Policy.
