ForoStyle.com provides support for our premium WoltLab styles to users who have purchase a Style License. ForoStyle.com provides the support service by email initiated through our contact form. We do not provide any type of support via Facebook, Twitter, phone, live chat or any other support channels.
Our support hours are MONDAY - FRIDAY, 08:00 - 17:00 (GMT +8). During this time, we can provide feedback on any support queries within 30 minutes - 24 hours depending on the volume of requests that we receive. We're closed on weekends and public holidays, in which support will be unavailable.
