What payment methods are accepted?
All of ForoStyle.com payment processing is handled through Gumroad. You can pay for a Style License with a PayPal account balance or with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Can you install WoltLab apps and style in my site?
Can I get a discount on buying a product for the first time?
We're not really certain about it. We sometimes have discount coupons so just contact us if there's available.
Can I get a discount on buying a product for the second time?
Yes, you'll get a 10% discount when you buy for the second time. Send us a message and we'll respond you with a discount coupon.
Can I test the WoltLab style before buying?
Yes, just go to the details page of each premium WoltLab style and click the Live Demo button.
Why I can't download anything after I completed the payment?
After a successful payment, you should be able to download the product immediately (this does not apply for pre-orders). If this is not the case, contact us right away so we can resolve your issue.
Do the products comes with PSDs (Layered Photoshop Files)?
No, all our products didn't include a PSD file.
What is your Refund Policy?
ForoStyle do not offer refunds once you've downloaded the product. Please use our product's live demo and contact us with any questions you may have before you make a purchase.
If you're experiencing any difficulty with our product, we are more than happy to provide support and resolve the situation. If your circumstance can't be resolved with the support provided, you are welcome to contact us with an explanation of your situation.
Do all the styles work with the latest version of WoltLab?
We regularly update our styles to make them compatible with the latest WoltLab version. However, please allow us seven (7) days to make our styles compatible for each minor WoltLab release.
For a major WoltLab version release, we can't really estimate the time how long our styles will be compatible with it. You should wait for our announcement when our premium WoltLab styles are ready for the latest version.
How often are the styles updated?
We update our premium WoltLab styles as soon as we find a bug, to make it compatible with the latest WoltLab release or there is a new feature that we feel should be added.
How do I install a WoltLab style?
Instructions on installing our premium WoltLab styles are available in the details page of the product under the Documentation tab.
Where can I ask support questions about the premium WoltLab styles?
ForoStyle provides product-related support through email.
ForoStyle does not provide product support via Facebook, Twitter, phone or live chat. Please read our full Support Policy for more information and details.
Can I modify the WoltLab style to my liking?
Yes, you are free to customize the WoltLab style to your personal needs in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Can I remove the "Style By: ForoStyle" link/text credit in the footer?
You can remove the "Style By: ForoStyle" link/text credit in the footer if you have purchase a Branding Removal License for that certain style.
If you will install the style on multiple domains and wants to remove the "branding", you must purchase a separate Branding Removal License for each domain.
It's important to note that the Branding Removal License is just a license to remove the "Style By: ForoStyle" link/text in the footer and nothing more. You cannot brand our premium WoltLab style under your name and/or claim that our premium WoltLab style is your product.
Can I use the styles for work that I do for clients?
No. Our premium WoltLab styles can only be use for your owned domains and/or sites. Please read our full Terms & Conditions.
